On the Welcome homepage, click Activity

Click Manage Items

On the Scan Settings page, make sure the Group toggle is off

Under Scan Option, select Camera Scan
5
Click Start

Camera will be activated to scan QR code

A progress bar indicates that the scan is successful

Click Save

On Manage Settings page, following details are display:
Asset Name
Asset Type
Breed
Sex
Location

Display Manage page

Under Life Status, toggle Deceased button

If toggle Deceased button is on, enter the following details:
Death Reason
Deceased Date
Disposed or Carcass

Click Save

A Updated popup will display. Click Close
