On the Welcome homepage, click Activity

Click Manage Items

On the Scan Settings page, make sure the Group toggle is off

Under Scan Option, select Camera Scan
5
Click Start

Camera will be activated to scan QR code

A progress bar indicates that the scan is successful

Click Save

On Manage Settings page, following details are display:
Permit Number
Species
Strain
Sub Strain
Location
Site Map

On the Manage Settings page, under Manage, click Life Status

Display Manage page
3
Under Life Status, enter the following details:
Waste
Collection Date
Destroyed Weight
Destruction Date
Certificate of Destruction Reference

Change weight unit using the toggle button (lbs or kg)

Click Save

A Mark as Deceased confirmation popup will display. Click Yes

Proceed to Manage Settings page
8
Click Life Status again to view life status history
