We recommend fully completing your account recovery process now to avoid any loss of your data if you lose or break your phone.

## 1. Create Account

| ---- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1    | Launch the Aglive App and click **Create Account**            |
| 2    | Read the User License Agreement and click **Accept** to agree |
| 3    | Read the Privacy Policy and click **Accept** to agree         |
| 4    | Set your 4-PIN passcode                                       |
| 5    | Re-type your 4-PIN passcode to confirm                        |
| 6    | Proceed to **2. Set Account Recovery Process**                |

| 1            | On Account Security page, click **Secure My Account**                                                                                                                                                                                                         |

| 4            | Click **View Recovery Words**                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |
| 5            | <p>On Recovery Words page, record the 12 words with exact spelling and in the exact order:</p><ul><li>Write them down and keep them in a safe place</li><li>Click on 'Copy to clipboard' and paste them into an email to yourself for safe keeping.</li></ul> |
| 6            | Once you have safely stored the 12 words, click **I have written them down**                                                                                                                                                                                  |
| 7            | On Enter Recovery Words page, select your recovery words by clicking on these in the correct order to place them into the table                                                                                                                               |
| 8            | Once done, click **Complete**                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |
| 9            | A **Success** popup will display. Click **Next**                                                                                                                                                                                                              |
| 10           | Enter your 4-PIN passcode to login to your account                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
| 11           | Proceed to sign in                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
