## 1 Setting Up

#### Bluetooth Scan
| Step | Action |
| ---- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1 | On Welcome homepage, click **Activity** |
| 2 | Click **Transfer Custody** |
| 3 | On Scan Settings page, select **Create Consignment** |
| 4 | Enter **Consignment Name** |
| 5 | Enter **Number of Items** |
| 6 | Under Scan Option, select **Bluetooth** |
| 7 | Click **Start** |
| 8 | Select a bluetooth device to pair and connect |
| 9 | Click **Connect** |
| 10 | A progress bar indicates that the scan is successful |
| 11 | Click **Save** |
| 12 | A **Holding Scan** popup will display |
| 13 | Click **Transfer Later** |
| 14 | On the homepage, an active selection with countdown timer will appear.
Click Complete Now if you want to complete the transfer activity.

#### Camera Scan
| Step | Action |

| 1 | On Welcome homepage, click **Activity** |
| 2 | Click **Transfer Custody** |
| 3 | On Scan Settings page, select **Create Consignment** |
| 4 | Enter **Consignment Name** |
| 5 | Enter **Number of Items** |
| 6 | Under Scan Option, select **Camera Scan** |
| 7 | Click **Start** |
| 8 | Camera will be activated to scan QR code |
| 9 | A progress bar indicates that the scan is successful |
| 10 | Click **Save** |
| 11 | A **Holding Scan** popup will display |
| 12 | Click **Transfer Later** |
| 13 | A **Consignment Saved** popup will display. Click **Close** |
| 14 | On the homepage, an active selection with countdown timer will appear.
Click Complete Now if you want to complete the transfer activity.

## 2 Transfer Settings

| 1 | On the Transfer Settings page, select **Consignee** |
| 2 | Select Destination Location e.g. PIC
Options:
- Use Consignee PIC
- Enter New Destination PIC

| 3 | Under Attachments, click **Add Form** |
| 4 | On the Add Form page, select the Form Type
Forms Available:
|
| 5 | Click **Next** |
| 6 | On the Answer Form page, answer the questions |
| 7 | Click **More** to view the full question and to view any explanatory note |
| 8 | Click **Save** at the end of the page |
| 9 | A **Save Form** popup will display |
| 10 | Enter the **Form Name** |
| 11 | Click **Save** |
| 12 | A **Saved** popup will display. Click **OK** |
| 13 | The form is added under Attachments |
| 14 | Click **Add Form** to add another form, e.g. Health Declaration |
| 15 | Under Additional File, click **Attach File** |
| 16 | A file can be added under Additional File |
| 17 | Under Declaration, check **Apply Signature** |
| 18 | Read through the forms declarations |
| 19 | Click **Transfer** |

| 5 | An **Unlinked Accounts** popup will display. Click **Proceed Anyway** |

## 3 Transfer between Sender and Receiver

| 1 | Activate **Scan** page |
| 2 | Scan receiver ID |
| 3 | On the **Confirm Transfer** page, review the transfer details |
| 4 | Click **Confirm** |
| 5 | A **Transfer Completed** popup will display. Click **Close** |
| 6 | An **Action Required** popup will display. Click **Close** |

| 3 | On the **Confirm Acceptance** page, review the acceptance details |
| 4 | Answer the question: Will you now personally transport these animals?
If Yes:
- Enter vehicle registration number
- Check Animals are fit for transport

| 5 | Check **Apply Signature** |
| 6 | Click **Confirm** |
| 7 | A **Transfer Completed** popup will display. Click **Close** |
