| 1    | Navigate to the left menu, under Register, click **Asset Induction**                                                                                                                                                          |
| 2    | Asset Induction Library page will be displayed                                                                                                                                                                                |
| 3    | Click **Create New**                                                                                                                                                                                                          |
| 4    | On the Asset Induction page, under Setting, select **Location e.g. PIC**                                                                                                                                                      |
| 5    | <p>Under Upload CSV File, click <strong>Download Sample CSV</strong> hyperlink<br><strong>Note:</strong></p><ul><li>Read the instructions on how to fill up the CSV before upload</li><li>Refer to the example data</li></ul> |
| 6    | Click **Download CSV Template** to start inserting data                                                                                                                                                                       |
| 7    | Once complete, click **Upload CSV** to upload CSV file                                                                                                                                                                        |
| 8    | Click **Save**                                                                                                                                                                                                                |
| 9    | A **Confirm Upload CSV** popup will display. Click **Confirm and Save**                                                                                                                                                       |
| 10   | A **Assets Inducted Successfully** popup will display. Click **Close**                                                                                                                                                        |
