# Archive Asset Profile

| Step | Action                                                                                                                                                            |
| ---- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1    | Navigate to the left menu, under Assets, click **Asset Profile**                                                                                                  |
| 2    | Asset Profile Library page will be displayed                                                                                                                      |
| 3    | <p>Under Asset Profile Library, a table will display will following fields:</p><ul><li>Asset Name</li><li>Created By</li><li>Created On</li><li>Actions</li></ul> |
| 4    | To find an asset, type in the asset name in the search bar                                                                                                        |
| 5    | To archive the Asset Profile, click on the <img src="/files/-MhGuge8jT1VJO4O4cxe" alt="" data-size="line"> **Archive** button                                     |
| 6    | A confirm archive popup will display. Click **Yes**                                                                                                               |
| 7    | An **Archived** popup will display. Click **Close**                                                                                                               |
| 8    | To find archived assets, click **Archived Assets** hyperlink                                                                                                      |
| 9    | Archived Asset Profiles page will be displayed                                                                                                                    |
