Navigate to the left menu, under Assets, click Promotions

Promotions Library page will display

Choose a Published Promotion then click on icon under Actions

Click Yes

Profile should be moved to Archive Library
Navigate to the left menu, under Assets, click Promotion s
Click on Archive Promotion hyperlink
The Archived Promotions Library should appear
Under Actions, click Unarchive

The unarchived promotion will be listed again under promotions’ main library
