Archive a Promotion Code

Step	Action
1	Navigate to the left menu, under Codes, click Promotion Codes
2	Promotion Codes Library page will display
3	Choose a Published Promotion then click on icon under Actions
4	Click Yes
5	Profile should be moved to Archive Library

Unarchive a Promotion Code

Step	Action
1	Navigate to the left menu, under Codes, click Promotion Codes
2	Promotion Codes Library page will display
3	Click on Archive Promotion hyperlink
4	The Archived Promotions Library should appear
5	Under Actions, click Unarchive
6	The unarchived promotion will be listed again under promotions’ main library
