# Order Tags

Request an Angus Verified Tag Order Form from Angus Australia

## 1. Request Angus Verified Tags Order Form

1. On the **Angus Verified** page, click **Order Tags** 
2. On Request Order Form page, select **PIC Number** 
3. Under the **Tag Selection**, choose Angus Verified tag 
4. Enter the number of tags 
   * **Note:** The number of tags ordered is limited to the number of Angus Verified animals 
5. Click **Submit** 
6. Request submitted 
   * **Note:** Your order form will be email directly to you by Angus Australia. You must take this form to your local reseller to complete your tag order. 

## 2. Request Numbered Angus Verified Tags Order Form

1. On the **Angus Verified** landing page, click **Order Tags** 
2. On Request Order Form page, select **PIC Number** 
3. Under the **Tag Selection**, choose the Numbered Angus Verified tag 
4. Enter the number of tags 
   * **Note:** The number of tags ordered is limited to the number of Angus Verified animals 
5. Under **Tag Sequence**, enter the Start number and End number of your desired sequence. 
   * **Note:** The tag sequence accepts up to six characters. 
6. Click **Submit** 
7. Request submitted 
   * **Note:** Your order form will be email directly to you by Angus Australia. You must take this form to your local reseller to complete your tag order.
