# Record Sires

Record the Angus Sire ID details of each sire to make it easier and quicker to record any future activities related to that sire

### Aim

Input your Angus Sire IDs now so you can more easily complete your paperwork and other admin tasks in the future by selecting an Angus Sire with one click.

### Benefits

Records the joining of sires to seek Angus Verified status.

### Steps

| Step         | Action                                                               |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1            | On the homepage, click on **Angus Verified**                         |
| 2            | Click on **Record Sires**                                            |
| 3            | On the Record Sires page, select **PIC** from the dropdown           |
| 4            | Enter **Angus Australia Sire ID**                                    |
| 5            | Under **Record IDs**, select **Manual Input**                        |
| 6            | Enter **NLIS ID**                                                    |
| 7            | Click **Next**                                                       |
| 8            | Review **PIC Number, Angus Australia Sire ID,** and **NLIS ID**      |
| 9            | Under **Declaration**, review all submissions and tick each checkbox |
| 10           | Click **Save**                                                       |
| 11           | A **“Saved”** popup will display. Click **Close**                    |

| **Step**      | **Action**                                                           |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1             | On the homepage, click on **Angus Verified**                         |
| 2             | Click on **Record Sires**                                            |
| 3             | On the Record Sires page, Select **PIC** from the dropdown           |
| 4             | Enter **Angus Australia Sire ID**                                    |
| 5             | Under **Record IDs**, select **Bluetooth Scanner**                   |
| 6             | Click **Next**                                                       |
| 7             | Select bluetooth device to pair and connect                          |
| 8             | Once connected, a "Bluetooth Connected" popup will display           |
| 9             | Click **Start Scanning**                                             |
| 10            | A progress bar of 1/1 indicates that the scan is successful.         |
| 11            | Click **Complete**                                                   |
| 12            | Review **PIC Number, Angus Australia Sire ID,** and **RFID**         |
| 13            | Under **Declaration**, review all submissions and tick each checkbox |
| 14            | Click **Save**                                                       |
| 15            | A **“Saved”** popup will display. Click **Close**                    |
