Please Note: We use clever powerful blockchain technology to protect your data and privacy. Your account is so secure that only you can access it. Aglive and Angus Australia can't help you recover your account or data if you have not fully set up your account.

We recommend fully completing your account recovery process now to avoid any loss of your data if you lose or break your phone.

Steps

1. Create Account

1. Launch the Aglive App and click Create Account

2. Read the User License Agreement and click Accept to agree

3. Read the Privacy Policy and click Accept to agree

4. Set your 4-PIN passcode

5. Re-type your 4-PIN passcode to confirm

6. Proceed to 2. Set Account Recovery Process

1. On Account Security page, click Secure My Account

2. Read the important instructions to secure your account

3. Tick the checkbox

4. Click View Recovery Words

5. On Recovery Words page, record the 12 words with exact spelling and in the exact order:

   • Write them down and keep them in a safe place

   • Click on 'Copy to clipboard' and paste them into an email to yourself for safe keeping.

6. Once you have recorded the 12 words, click I have written them down

7. On Enter Recovery Words page, select your recovery words by clicking on these in the correct order to place them into the table

8. Once done, click Complete

9. A Success popup will display. Click Next

10. Enter your 4-PIN passcode to login to your account

11. Proceed to sign in

2. A Take Care popup will display. Click Continue to proceed

3. Enter your 4-PIN passcode to login to your account
