# Invite a User to Your Account

### Aim

Retain control over your company information.

### Benefits

The key principles to protect you business data are:

Your business owns the account.

The employees use the company account.

The 'Administrator' sets up the account on behalf of the company and if  preferred, there can be more than one Administrator.

If an employee leaves the company, that employee's account remains with the company. The company retains the data.
