# Setup Business Profile: Animals Industry

### Aim <a href="#aim" id="aim"></a>

Set up your account so that the future completion of forms and paperwork will be completed efficiently to avoid the hassle of having to continually enter the same information.

### Benefits <a href="#benefits" id="benefits"></a>

Forms can be pre-filled and quickly completed with a minimum of fuss once your details are securely stored and encrypted in your account.

When you set up your account, any frequently used information such as your company name, ABN, PIC number and address will automatically be added to forms saving you time and effort.

You no longer have to repeatedly enter the same information.

| ---- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| 1    | <p>On Setup Business Profile page, enter the following details:</p><ul><li>Company Name</li><li>Company / Business Number</li><li>Business Country</li></ul> |
| 2    | Enter your **Brand/Eartag Description.** If you do not have details to enter, type in **N/A**                                                                |
| 3    | (Optional) Under Cattle Brand Symbo&#x6C;**,** click **Attach Photo** to upload an image from your device                                                    |

| 5            | <p>On Add Location page, enter the following details:</p><ul><li>Location Nickname</li><li>Location ID e.g. PIC ID</li><li>Country</li><li>Address</li><li>Town or Suburb</li><li>State</li><li>Post Code</li></ul> |
| 6            | <p>Further down the page enter:</p><ul><li>LPA User ID</li><li>LPA Password</li><li>NLIS User ID</li><li>NLIS Password</li></ul>                                                                                    |
| 7            | Click **Save**                                                                                                                                                                                                      |
| 8            | An **Accounts Linked** popup will appear. Click **Next**                                                                                                                                                            |
| 9            | A **Location Added** popup will appear. Click **Close**                                                                                                                                                             |
| 10           | Your location will be added under **My Location e.g. PIC** section                                                                                                                                                  |
| 11           | Click **Save**                                                                                                                                                                                                      |
| 12           | A **Setup Completed** popup will display. Click **Next**                                                                                                                                                            |
| 13           | The app will direct to Aglive homepage                                                                                                                                                                              |

Note: Aglive can only submit forms to LPA and NLIS once your accounts are linked

| 8             | An **Unlinked Accounts** popup will appear. Click **Proceed Anyway**                                                                                                                                                |
| 9             | A **Location Added** popup will appear. Click **Close**                                                                                                                                                             |
| 10            | Your location will be added under **My Location e.g. PIC** section                                                                                                                                                  |
| 11            | Click **Save**                                                                                                                                                                                                      |
| 12            | A **Setup Completed** popup will display. Click **Next**                                                                                                                                                            |
